Access and download reports
On your SumUp profile, click on the "Home" tab in the left-hand panel.
Then choose "All Reports".
Select a timeframe using the date button in the top left corner.
Click the name of the report you wish to export.
What reports are available?
The sales report details your sales activity over a period of time.
Using information added via your items section, it provides an overview of how many items you sold minus refunded items, whether they were bought with cash or card and which tax category they fall under.
The revenue report provides an overview of all the goods or services you've sold over a period of time, breaking down business activity by category, payment method, and employees.
Report your taxes easily by downloading your report as a PDF and sending it to all the relevant financial authorities.
You can also access and download your revenue report from the SumUp app.
On the SumUp app, select "Insights" on the home screen.
Tap "Revenue".
Select a day, week or month, or custom-choose a period.
You can now view a breakdown of the report.
Tap the share icon to download or send the PDF version of the report.
The payout report lists all the card transactions that have already been paid out to you, including the date of the payout and the associated transaction fees.
The transaction fee invoice details the transaction fee total for the month. You don’t need to pay this amount as it has already been deducted from your payouts. As a financial service, our fees are exempt from VAT.
We'll send you the fee invoice via email along with every monthly payout report.
The transaction report lists all your transactions, including card payments, cash payments, and refunds.
It shows the payment method, transaction status, customer card type and, if added, the transaction description.
Online Store reports list all the orders created and sales made via Online Store, including information about your top-selling items.
The items reports provides an overview of all the items sold in the period selected.
Log in to your SumUp profile using a web browser and click on the "Home" tab in the left-hand panel.
Choose “Items report” under "Reports".
You can also access the "Items report" by clicking on "All reports" page and on the "Best selling items" widget.
