Resolve connection issues
Check the printer you’re connecting to is Wi-Fi-enabled
Ensure your iPad’s Wi-Fi is enabled in your iPad’s settings and that you’re connected to the correct network
Reset printer connection
On the SumUp app, tap the profile icon in the top right corner.
Select "Printing".
Tap the printer your trying to reset to and disconnect from it.
Turn your printer off and then back on again.
Once your printer is back up and running, reconnect to your printer.
Not all printers work with SumUp. Check your printer's compatibility to see if your printer will work.
