Trace a transfer
Download transfer confirmation for the transfer you want to track and send it to our Support team, clearly stating your desire to track the transfer. Ensure the following details are shown:
Recipient account number and sort code
Amount transferred
Transfer date
Transfer category (e.g. FPS) - tracking isn’t currently possible for Swift transfers
Tracking takes up to two weeks. We’ll contact you when there’s an update. Your transfer may take a couple of days to process and be credited once it reaches the recipient’s bank.
Transfer confirmations can also be sent to your recipient as evidence that you’ve sent payment.
