Replace printer paper

  1. Push the paper drawer from below to open it.

  2. Insert a new paper roll with the new end of the roll at the top, facing outwards.

  3. Close the paper drawer.

Load the printer roll so the paper reaches over the top of the roll and out of the slot.
Out of paper?

When you run out of paper, you can buy replacement thermal paper rolls sized 57mm by 30mm to use with your printer.

Fix paper jams

Fix paper jams by opening the printer lid, pulling the paper out a little through the gap and closing the lid again.

Avoid paper jams by always tearing receipts across and upwards, towards yourself.
