Invite team members
Open the back office either via a web browser or the POS Pro app.
Expand the "Settings" menu in the left navigation bar and select "Modules".
Click "Store settings" then find and enable the "User authentication" toggle.
Open the "Settings" menu in the left navigation bar again and select "Users (iPad)". You may need to refresh your page.
Click "Add user" then name the profile and enter a unique 4-digit password the employee can use to log in.
Choose which actions the team members should be able to perform and select "Submit" to confirm.
Switch between different team member profiles on the app by tapping the standby icon in the top right corner of the screen and entering your login PIN.
Return to the users screen in the back office and tap an employee to amend their permissions or remove their access entirely.
