Set up custom discounts
Open the back office either via a web browser or the POS Pro app.
Expand the “Settings” menu in the left navigation bar and select “Modules”.
Click “ Payment” then find and enable the “Custom discounts” toggle.
Refresh the page and expand the “Settings” menu in the left navigation bar then select “Discounts”.
Optionally, make it mandatory to add a comment when applying discounts with the “Comments on discounts” toggle.
Click “New discount” at the top of the page.
Name the discount and either enter a discount rate or a stand reduction in euros.
Click “Add” to save the discount.
Once set up, you’ll be able to apply your discounts during checkout. You can return to the discounts page to edit them by clicking and amending details or selecting the bin icon to delete them.
