Set a service fee

Add service fees to orders

1. Open the back office either via a web browser or the POS Pro app.

2. Expand the "Settings" menu in the left navigation bar and select "Modules".

3. Click "Order taking settings" then find and enable the "Service fee" toggle.

4. Reload the page and click "Configuration" beside the service fee toggle.

5. Enter a standard service fee for orders and click "Save".

Service fees will be automatically added at checkout once set up. Remove the fee from individual orders by swiping left on the service fee on the order screen and cancelling it.
