Set variable pricing options
Open the back office either via a web browser or the POS Pro app.
Expand the “Settings” menu in the left navigation bar and select “Modules”.
Click “Order taking settings” then find and enable the “Variable product price” toggle.
When adding or editing a product, use the “Variable price” checkbox to enable variable price entry at checkout.
On the POS Pro app, tap “Back Office” in the left navigation bar and log in.
Expand the “Settings” menu in the left navigation bar and choose “Modules”.
Select “Order taking settings” then find and enable the “Weigh station” toggle.
When adding or editing products, activate the “Product by weight” checkbox.
Select a unit of measurement to measure your product by and amend product’s prices to be the price per your chosen unit of measurement.
For products with this enabled, you’ll be prompted to enter a product weight at checkout that will be multiplied by the defined product price to give you a total according to product weight.
On the POS Pro app, tap “Back Office” in the left navigation bar and log in.
Expand the “Settings” menu in the left navigation bar and choose “Modules”.
Select “Order taking settings” then find and enable the “Product with timer” toggle.
When adding or editing products, activate the “Product with timer” checkbox.
Amend the product’s prices to reflect price per minute.
For products with this enabled, you’ll be prompted to enter elapsed time duration at checkout that will be multiplied by the defined product price to give you a total based on time elapsed.
