Connect my printer to my POS Lite
Check the last 4 digits of the serial number underneath the mPOP, next to “No.” on the left side.
Check the model type at the top right hand of the sticker:
POP10, supports USB and Bluetooth connection.
POP10 CI, supports USB connection.
Follow the steps below, based on the connection type of your printer.
Connect my Bluetooth printer to POS Lite
Plug the power supply into the mPOP.
Insert the cable in the hooks and then flip the printer.
Turn on the power switch on the side of the printer.
The Power LED will turn on and the printer will be ready to connect via Bluetooth.
Load paper in my POS Lite
To check the receipt rolls, press the small drawer on the front left of the printer to open it.
Pull the blue tab and open the printer lid.
Pull a bit of paper out of the box and then close the lid.
Tear off the excess paper and then close the drawer of the printer.
Connect my POS Lite to the printer
Select the profile icon on the bottom left of the page.
Click on “Printer settings” and then turn on “Print receipts”.
Click on “Connect printer” and wait for POS Lite to detect the printer.
The printer will appear, make sure the device serial number matches the one you find on the back of your printer, and click on it.
Your printer is now connected.
By clicking on the printer’s name, and you’ll be able to print a test page, open the cash drawer, or configure other printer settings.
