Identify a SumUp payment

  • Find the business name. When you buy something from a business that uses SumUp, you'll see SumUp* followed by the business name on your bank statement.

  • Search for the business name online to understand the charge. You should find more details about the business and the kind of products and services that they sell.

  • Contact the merchant for more information about the charge if you need. They should be able to provide you with more information about the purchase you made.

By following these steps, you can identify any purchases you may have forgotten about.
