Resolve connection issues

  • Try holding your barcode scanner closer or at a different angle

  • Check your barcode scanner is charged

  • Clean your device’s screen and the glass on the barcode scanner

  • Check your barcode scanner is compatible - some scanners may not work with some devices

  • Print the pairing barcode - some scanners can’t scan screens. Download, print and scan the pairing barcode to try again
