Order a replacement card

  1. On your SumUp profile, click "Business Account" in the left navigation panel.

  2. Click "Card".

  3. In the "Manage card" box, click the icon with three dots and choose "Replace card".

  4. Check the conditions of return and click "Next".

  5. Select whether you want to order a virtual card or a physical card.

  6. Select the reason you're replacing your card.

  7. Choose a delivery address or enter a new one and click "Next".

  8. Enter your password and click "Place order" to confirm.

Lost or stolen cards are cancelled immediately, but you can still use Apple Pay and Google Pay. Expiring cards are only cancelled once you activate the replacement card.

If your card gets swallowed by an ATM, contact the ATM operator first to try retrieving it. If that doesn’t work, you can always order a replacement one.
