Your Solo can accept both chip and contactless (NFC) payments, including Google Pay and Apple Pay. You only need to set up a SumUp account to get started.
Receipts
You can quickly and easily send digital receipts directly to your customers via email or SMS using the Solo.
Refunds
You can easily issue refunds directly from the Solo by accessing your sales history and selecting the transaction to refund.
Tipping
You can accept tips by enabling tipping on your Solo.
The Solo comes with a special Smart Tipping feature, offering customers dynamic tipping options based on the entered payment amount.
Charging
Your Solo charges using a 2.0 USB type C cable attached either directly to the device or via the included charging cradle. You can continue to accept payments as the Solo charges.
