View the performance of different till currently open across your business, including how long a till has been open for, total orders and their value and the cash currently available.
Open the back office either via a web browser or the POS Pro app.
Expand the “Reports” menu in the left navigation bar then choose “Current drawer”.
Use the dropdown menu to select the relevant store.
Check the total tax value of sales and a breakdown of the tax rates applied to your sales using the accounting report.

Export your product sales report using the “Export” button in the top right corner of the screen.
See when drawers were opened and closed and the total sales values and customers for each with the drawers report.

Export your drawers report using the “Export” button in the top right corner of the screen.
Check specific order details via the orders report, including specific products sold, total sales value and how the customer paid.

Use the filter settings to find the relevant order by entering the time and place the order was taken at.
Select the relevant order to see more order details, including when and where it was taken, what it included and a full breakdown of how the customer paid.
Export your orders report using the “Export” button in the top right corner of the screen.
