Manage customer notifications
On your SumUp profile, click “Online Store” in the left-hand menu.
Select “Settings” and then “Notifications”.
Enable or disable notifications with the toggle and click “Edit” to edit the content of your notifications, including:
Email subject, title and body
Calls to action (CTAs)
Order summaries
Email footers
Edit email content
It’s currently only possible to edit email content from the SumUp profile on a web browser.
