Manage product categories
Open the back office either via a web browser or the POS Pro app.
Expand the "Products" menu in the left navigation bar and select "Products".
Click "New category" to create a new category.
Add category details, such as a name, a default tax rate for products in the category and a default printer for products in the category.
Click "Submit" to save the new category.
You can edit products to change the category they’re in.
Deleting a category also deletes all of the products within that category. Be sure to move any products you don’t want deleted.
