Find your payout status
On your SumUp profile, select "Home" from the left navigation panel.
Click "Payouts" to view details of how you'll receive your money:
Upcoming payout - check your receivable balance at the top of the screen to see how much you're due to receive in your next payout
Previous payouts - scroll down and select the relevant payout for more details
Track which transactions are included in specific payouts using payout reports.
How to interpret payout statuses
Your money has been sent to your bank account.
Your money has been sent to your Business Account.
Change the timing of when you receive your money by changing your payout settings.
