Card delivery time
Your card will be shipped to you for free within 10 to 15 business days upon ordering it. This may be a shorter wait depending on the distance your card has to cover on its way to you.
Once it arrives, you'll need to activate your SumUp Card before it can be used.
My card didn't arrive
If your card doesn’t arrive within 15 business days, please order a new card as replacement.
