Take an order
Open the POS Pro app and log in with your employee PIN.
Tap the blue plus symbol in the top right corner to open an order. Or tap an area at the top of the screen and select a table to open an order for that table.
Select products to add to the order from the categories listed on the left side of the screen.
Optionally, divide orders into separate courses by tapping "Add course". Reorder products by dragging them into a new order or swipe left to remove them completely.
Tap "Send" to send the order to the kitchen. If you have multiple courses added, tap “Claim” for each additional course when you’re ready for the kitchen to receive it.
Tap "Pay" to go to the payment screen.
Optionally, amend the payment amount to include discounts or manual reductions:
Apply a preset discount by tapping "Discounts"
Reduce the total to pay by tapping "Amount due" and entering a new value
Enter the total to pay, including any tips, by tapping "Payment". Split the bill by manually entering the total per person or tapping specific products as each customer pays.
Tap the payment method and select "Pay". If the payment value is more than the amount due, a tip can be added with "Use for tip".
Edit or cancel orders if customers change their minds or speed up ordering by enabling fast payments to start a new order as soon as the last closes.

Provide a receipt
Once an order has been completed, you’ll be automatically given the option to email the receipt to your customer.
