Enable the Print Order Ticket feature

To use this functionality, make sure that a printer is connected in the "Printer Settings":

  1. Tap to the Profile page.

  2. Select "Printer Settings".

  3. Click on the connected printer to access its settings.

  4. Toggle the "Print Order Tickets" setting on or off, located just below the Sales Receipt section.

Start printing order tickets

Once the feature is activated, order tickets are printed automatically for all items that have not been printed previously. Once they're printed, items cannot be edited.

Tickets are printed in the following scenarios:

  • Fast checkout, when the "Charge", "Cash," or "Card" buttons are pressed.

  • Multiple Open Orders, when using the "Park Order" button.

If the order is parked automatically, the ticket will not be printed

If you park the order automatically (e.g., by navigating to another screen), the ticket will not be printed. In these cases, printing must be triggered manually.
